Office Assistant/customer Service Representative

**Position Summary**
SIGMA is seeking an Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative to add to our growing business. Reporting to the Office Manager, the Office Assistant will be responsible for learning our various systems to ensure our customers get the information and support they need.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Learn our software and online testing systems to support clients and take orders
- For fax-in systems, this includes: creating new customers, printing answer sheets, responding to issues or error handling, resending reports
- For software, this includes: creating new software packages, registering software, adding coupons, providing assistance with common errors/problems
- Proofread/edit files and content, update formatting in Word and PowerPoint
- Print/scan files as required
- Prepare mailbag, package and ship orders
- Process mail-in scoring sheets
- Occasional edits to web content (i.e., price changes)
- Create and edit tutorial videos for websites
- Create manuals on CD
- Assist with other projects as needed
**Requirements/Qualifications**
- A College Diploma/Certificate in Office Administration, Business, or equivalent diploma/certificate is required
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Superb organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an outstanding approach to customer service
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word and PowerPoint
**Hours & Compensation**
This is a full-time permanent position with the expectation of 35 hours per week. SIGMA offers competitive salaries, a health spending reimbursement, and flexible working hours to all employees. In addition to two weeks of vacation time, we close our offices annually for the winter holiday break.
This position offers room for advancement and promotion as we continue to grow, limited only by your drive and abilities.
