We are hiring **Customer Service Representatives** to support our Emergency Roadside Assistance Services client. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from those in need of assistance.

**Full-Time Opportunities**

**Hybrid work environment (minimum of 2 days per week in office)**

**All equipment will be provided by us**
- Previous customer service experience (minimum 1 year)
- Strong communication skills - well spoken / written
- De-escalation skills are a definite asset
- Ability to display genuine empathy to our customers while in a fast paced environment
- Manage high volume of calls
- Proficient with Google Maps / Directional capabilities
- Comfortable with phone systems and technology
- Flexible availability
- Working on obtaining your 911 operator certificate and looking to gain experience

**What will you do?**

Triage inbound calls for our emergency roadside dispatch including below calls:

- Customers who got Flat tire
- Customers who Ran out of gas
- Customers who have Keys / babies / pets locked in cars
- Customers whose cars are broken down on the highway in a live lane of traffic
- Customers who met with an accident

**What will you need?**
- **A high speed internet connection with direct access to your Modem or internet Hub (connect with Ethernet cable)
- A private and quiet work space if you are working remotely
- Open availability Sunday - Saturday
- Weekend availability a MUST
- Have your own WiFi (Should not be a shared network)

**Shifts & Schedule**

Training schedule: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (for 3 Weeks)

After Training: Require open availability - Sunday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Rotational shifts - Need to be flexible with scheduling

**Earn an extra $1.50 per hour when working past 7.00 pm

Required to Work from Office 2 days/week but can increase at any time
