Body Removal Attendant

Seldom Silent Enterprises is seeking Body Removal Attendants in Vernon, BC. This position is on-call basis and while hours are not guaranteed, this job is an excellent way to build experience in the medical/forensic field, as well as funeral home industries, coroners offices and emergency services

Seldom Silent requires that any interested parties understand the need for and maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism as the nature of our work is extremely sensitive. If you are squeamish to bodily fluids or graphic content, this may not be the right employment opportunity for you. No previous experience required.

Schedule:
We are currently looking for the following,
- Day shift for Monday - Friday
- Day shift Saturday - Sunday

Requirements for the Job:
Full COVID Vaccination

Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 150 lbs

Class 5 Drivers License

Comfortable working and driving in all weather conditions

Work and communicate well as part of a team

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Clean Criminal Record Check

Clean Drivers Abstract

Maintain a calm and quiet disposition on worksites, managing a “seen and not heard” style of etiquette.

Ability to respond to calls with urgency and be available for short notice work. **Answering when on-call is if the utmost importance**

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
