We are looking for weekend housekeepers to work up at The Pinnacles Suites and Townhomes on Silver Star Mountain. We are looking for positive, hardworking individuals with an eye for detail. Flexible hours will include weekends and holidays. You must be able to get yourself up and down the mountain for your shifts.

We would prefer that you have at least one year of experience working in a hotel housekeeping department.

The position will start mid-early December and go to the beginning of April as occupancy requires.

* Will be paid $24.00/hr until contract end in April and then compensated for hours worked up to $26.00/hr.

Duties include:

  • Cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting units to the standards set by The Pinnacles Suites.
  • Stripping units of linens and towels after guest departure.
  • Removing garbage and recycling from units and placing in appropriate bins located on premises.
  • Restocking and supplying units once cleaned.
  • Reporting any items found or any damage in units to management.
  • Completing laundry, folding and putting away.
  • Being in open communication with other team members to ensure problems are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • General upkeep of common areas and laundry room.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • One year of housekeeping experience preferred.
  • You must be able bodied-- willing and able to carry linen bags and cleaning supplies up and down stairs.
  • You must have an eye for detail and be willing to clean to standards we set.
  • You must have a professional and positive appearance and demeanor.
  • You must be flexible to work during the week, weekends and holidays as our schedule sees fit.
  • You must have a reliable mode of transportation/the confidence to drive up to Silver Star Mountain Resort.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
