**How you'll make an impact (aka description of duties)**:
Our newest Crew Leader will work with their crew to complete solar installations while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll enjoy working alongside and developing your crew, working within our overall project delivery team and serving as the most visible representation of our company values to our clients and the public.

- Utilize and improve your leadership and customer service skills
- Contribute to our ongoing development and improvement initiatives
- Complete project scopes and maintain our production schedule
- Curate consistent, positive and satisfying customer experiences
- Problem solve and work through site challenges
- Plan and execute workflows, adapting to variable conditions
- Communicate constructively and collaboratively with other team members
- Build relationships with clients and promote our company and brand
- Ensure the safety and security of the job sites to a standard of zero incidents
- Contribute to building a fun and rewarding work environment

**Qualifications**:

- Journeyperson Electrician Certificate
- Driver’s License and Clean Drivers’ Abstract
- First Aid Training (preferred)
- Knowledge of industry safety standards
- Installing Solar Systems either on a residential or commercial basis (preferred)
- Comfortable working at heights
- Fall Protection Certification
- CSTS/ WHMIS
- Product Training (Preferred
- AP Systems, Solar Edge, etc)

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Electrical: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Electrician Journeyperson Trade Ticket (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
