We are looking for someone who has a passion for health and wellness, working with kids, and social media. We are a tight team of amazing people and we prioritize a great work culture. The founders, Ryan Beauchamp, Maya Chammas and Patrick Gilmour are three highly driven individuals who have tripled the company’s revenue over the last year but need to prioritize their time into other areas of the business. We are looking for a team player who can relate to our content, provide their own insight and creativity while staying true to our branding.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage and maintain social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform social media strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Strong research skills to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience with social listening tools to monitor brand mentions and sentiment analysis
- Basic video editing skills to create engaging video content for social media platforms
- Relationship management skills to engage with influencers, partners, and customers on social media
- Graphic design skills to create visually appealing graphics for social media posts
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Familiarity with web analytics tools to track social media performance
