**Title**: E-Commerce Specialist (with a focus on Amazon Seller Central, Google Ads and Shopify Optimization)

**Type**: Full Time (8:30am - 5pm, Mon - Friday) - In-Office position (non-remote)

**Payment**: Annual salary of $48,500 - $50,000

Drawing from 50 years of manufacturing experience we service a growing online community of crafters, designers and industrial markets. This is a rare opportunity to join a small e-commerce team within a larger group of family-owned manufacturing companies. We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual that can assist our e-commerce team in customer service and SEO/SEM optimization.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**

**This role involves 70% e-commerce and digital marketing operations and 30% customer service support. Distribution of responsibilities will adjust according to the retail busy season.**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and optimize paid digital ad campaigns across Google and Amazon.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and management to enhance campaign performance and overall website SEO.
- Write engaging, concise ad copy, optimize CTAs, and conduct A/B testing on landing pages to boost conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test high-performing ad creatives.
- Update and optimize product listings across Shopify, Amazon, and other sales platforms following SEO best practices.
- Implement technical SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, website architecture improvements, canonicalization, duplicate content resolution, and structured data markup.
- Regularly monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Looker Studio.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date on SEO, PPC, and ecommerce trends and best practices.
- Use analytics data to make informed optimization decisions, ensuring ROI targets are consistently met.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure consistency in brand messaging, product descriptions, imagery, and online store presentation.

**Amazon Seller Central Management**:

- Optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display) to meet ACoS and ROAS targets.
- Develop and enhance Amazon product listings, including keyword-optimized titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, and image galleries.
- Manage Amazon Brand Registry assets: A+ Content, Brand Story, and Amazon Storefront.
- Oversee inventory management for FBA, including shipment creation, tracking, and addressing inbound shipment issues.
- Monitor and address account health metrics, listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and policy compliance.
- Handle case management through Seller Support for listing issues, reimbursements, and appeals.
- Conduct competitive analysis and pricing strategies within the Amazon ecosystem.
- Track key KPIs (e.g., Buy Box percentage, session conversion rate, return rates) and suggest optimizations based on data.
- Stay current with Amazon Seller Central policy updates and platform changes.

**Customer Support (approx. 30% of role)**:

- Provide shipping quotes and investigate claims related to lost or damaged shipments.
- Assist showroom walk-in customers with product selection and purchasing.
- Maintain and update internal knowledge bases with the latest product and customer service information.
- Stay informed about ongoing promotions, events, and sales campaigns.

**REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- 3+ years in digital marketing with hands-on experience in SEO, PPC management, and ecommerce advertising.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns within Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent copywriting skills for both ads and product descriptions.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service experience is a plus.

**NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS**
- Experience with Shopify and Shopify SEO.
- Familiarity with Amazon DSP (Demand-Side Platform).
- Certifications in Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, or HubSpot SEO.
