**Job Summary**

Employing Desk-based account management techniques, support the company’s mission by meeting established sales objectives through targeted telephone marketing campaigns to non-users and by providing excellent customer service to existing customers to cross-sell the entire product line and earn repeat business.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Out-Bound Sales (50%)**
- Independently moves prospect through entire sales process from first call to sales order
- Applies solution-selling techniques to identify and advance opportunities that result in ongoing profitable revenue growth.
- Investigates and creates action plans to target competitive users and non-users in region.
- Builds relationships essential for developing business partnerships and driving opportunities.
- Actively prospects to generate leads for new and rebuilt equipment, racking and shelving product lines, rentals, service and training opportunities
- Sells simple and complex, multi-products/services and involves Outside Sales Rep as necessary.

**Account Management (40%)**
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Coordinate and support collaboration between internal departments to address customer needs
- Actively prospect within accounts to discover or cultivate new sales opportunities
- Proactively sells products, services, supplies to customer base in support of company promotion and sales campaigns
- Develops and introduces corporate purchasing programs to large existing customers (SSG catalogue items, etc.)
- Manages a streamline CRM, tracks and monitoring all opportunities
- Prepares in-house order forms, order paperwork and account activations for new clients

**Quotations and Orders (10%)**
- Prepares customer quotations for products and services.
- Communicates with suppliers to evaluate product benefits, solutions and pricing for creation of proposals and orders.
- Prepares in-house order forms and order paperwork.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in out bounding calling
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiations, presentations, and organization skills
- Proficiency with sales management software, CRM, and Microsoft office
- Proven track record in achieving established KPI
