**Title**: Purchaser

**Type of position**: In Office (NOT hybrid)

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer support including
- Processing orders
- Updating order status
- Liaising with sales representatives
- Sales support including
- Sales quotes
- Product samples
- Product specification
- Historic customer information
- Price negotiation with supplies and insuring products meet specifications
- Vendor management including communication and monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues
- Product sourcing of new items as required using various resources
- Cost analysis of sku’s taking into account all direct related expenses
- Managing ocean freight costings and tracking.
- Calculating landed product costs

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in english
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer savvy
- Proficient in excel
- Packaging and distribution experience is an asset

**Other information**:

- G License & vehicle to get to and from work reliably
- Locally located
- Prolonged periods of sitting, and computer and phone use

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
