We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Lead Generator & Administrative Support Specialist** to join our team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys researching and identifying potential business leads while also managing administrative tasks to support our operations. **Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation (50%)**
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels (online databases, social media, industry events, etc.).
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update with accurate lead data and follow-up details.

**Administrative Support (50%)**
- Organize and maintain records, reports, and documents.
- Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and other clerical tasks.
- Provide general support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in lead generation, sales support, or administrative roles.
- Strong research and data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
