**Job Summary**
The Market Research and Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through data collection, research, and strategic outreach. This role collaborates with sales and marketing teams to align initiatives, optimize digital strategies, and improve lead conversion. Key responsibilities include prospecting, analyzing performance metrics, and leveraging data-driven insights to support NTN's growth objectives.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
**Market Research and Lead Generation**
- Collect data internal databases and from external sources and identify target prospects for NTN’s products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and assess and evaluate competitors.
- Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, cold calling and data mining from various websites and directories.
- Maintain consistent daily prospecting and lead generation activities leveraging best-practice strategies, methodologies, and technology.
- Extract valuable information from various sites and organizing it in a user-friendly format such as CSV or Excel.
- Gather and verify data from various sites while ensuring its relevance (web scraping, data cleaning, custom spreadsheet creation, formula development, automations, data insights generation).
- Work marketing leads and conduct coordinated cross-channel outreach to secure sales presentations with potential clients.
- Utilize data, grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
- Ensure customer and prospect databases are regularly updated and maintained in a timely manner.
**Collaboration and Strategy Development**
- Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and initiatives.
- Support the development and execution of business plans to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the Sales teams to plan, implement, execute, track, and analyze campaigns tailored to NTN’s target audience and users. Present insights by using graphs, charts, and visual tools to assist the sales team refining their sales activities.
- Utilize Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, providing recommendations for content improvement, and optimize landing pages for better performance.
- Perform regular digital platform audits to improve content quality, searchability, accessibility, quality assurance, and performance.
- Conduct keyword research to support search engine optimization and improve marketing rankings.
- Collaborate on the planning, implementation, tracking, and reporting of marketing and communication strategies designed for NTN’s audience and users.
- Assist in setting up, managing, and analyzing pay-per-click campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook. Use collected data to support the development and coordination of digital marketing efforts.
**Reporting and Performance Tracking**
- Prepare detailed reports on business development activities and lead generation performance metrics.
- Develop charts, summaries, and visual presentations to effectively communicate findings and actionable recommendations.
- Utilize data-driven insights to propose adjustments and optimizations to business strategies.
- Adhere to all company Business Code of Conduct policies, all policies, procedures, and dress code.
- Performs other duties as required.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Understanding of data management practices and marketing principles.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of ethical practices in web scraping, data processing, and data mining.
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and HubSpot.
- Knowledge of bearings and their functions is an advantage.
- Proficiency in web scraping tools, data processing and data mining.
- Ability to ensure accurate and efficient data extraction tailored to evolving project needs.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data.
- Exceptional skills in active listening, critical thinking, and clear verbal and written communication.
