Inside sales Consultant - Outbound
Pristine Maintenance is a GTA based, commercial janitorial and maintenance service provider. With a focus on customer service excellence, our mission is to enhance the professional cleaning and interior refurbishment experience, industry leading technology and equipment, and LEED certified products.

The “Pristine lead generation” team is comprised of sales and marketing professionals that support our direct (telesales) channel. Come join the Pristine lead generation team as an Outbound Sales Consultant.

Responsibilities: - Consulting with existing customers, and new prospective clients, to identify cleaning, supplies needs and recommend appropriate services.

Generating strong leads and appointments with our Outside sales Managers.
Clearly communicate appropriate recommendations to address customer needs and build a strong lead pipeline.
Interact with external and internal customers in a professional and ethical manner. Working in an office environment.

Qualifications: - Minimum 6+ months, outbound sales experience with demonstrated success. Ability to ask questions relevant to a prospect to uncover needs and qualify opportunities. Diligence in contacting prospects to deliver optimal value. Strong desire to sell. Strong verbal and written communication. Active listening skills. Excellent Interpersonal skills.

Compensation: - Remuneration is hourly based, with a generous bonus structure.

**Salary**: $28,000.00-$111,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
