Pavilion Homes & Designs is a luxury home rebuilding and remodeling company that specializes in transforming existing properties into high-value, market-ready homes. We work with homeowners, investors, and developers to bring visionary real estate projects to life — from luxury rebuilds to full redesigns.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to support our sales team in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential leads through various channels including social media, online databases, and industry events.
- Engage with prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to generate interest in our products/services.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their fit with our offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for converting leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update the database regularly.
- Analyze lead generation metrics to improve processes and outcomes continuously.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to overall sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment while also being comfortable working independently.
