Our hours are always flexible - late mornings, long lunches, no problem. We ask that part-time employees are available some hours each day of the week to ensure timely responses for our clients.

All training takes place in-office, but long-term we are open to a hybrid work-from-home / in-office schedule.

**Role of Quoting Manager**
- Oversee creation of custom presentations for all client requests within 24hrs.
- Applicant must be able to complete presentations themselves. Long-term role involves management of a growing quoting team.
- Presentations must be relevant to the client's needs and compatible with their artwork, budget, and timeframe. Close attention to detail is required.
- Applicant must be able to filter through thousands of products from our suppliers and complete a presentation of new/modern options, leaving out dated/boring products that would harm our brand image.
- Applicant will be able to communicate directly with clients and gather all information needed for production managers to process the order, including correct art format, shipment address and method, and in-hands date.
- All client-facing communications will reflect the Accent brightness & positivity and ensure all clients form connections with the brand.
- Applicant will take responsibility for the Quoting Department as it grows, and monitor communications, quotes, and turnaround times to ensure they are consistent with the high Accent standard.
- Continuously monitor and improve the efficiency of the quoting system.
- Use innate strong problem-solving skills to develop own solutions.
- Anticipate requirements for new sourcing specialists to assist with quoting workflow based on growth and seasonal trends. Coordinate with HR Dept to hire & train new sourcing specialists.
- Work with Sales Manager to improve client retention rate and expand existing accounts.
