**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an _Administrative Coordinator_. You will provide backup support to our Office Executive Assistant (EA) and take the lead on administrative projects and cross-functional tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cross-Departmental Administrative Support**: Provide administrative and operational backup coverage across departments, including customer service and order management.
- **Project Coordination & Documentation**: Coordinate meetings, presentations, and company events. Assist with the preparation of compliance documentation and processes.
- **Office Management**: Oversee office supply inventory and vendor relationships to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- **Customer Service Support**: Respond to client inquiries and support order management functions, ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Required Qualifications**:

- College or University Degree Preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in general administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
