**What’s the ask?**

The Commercial Account Assistant Summer Student is responsible for assisting in day-to-day support of the commercial department for the summer break.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Data entry of policy information into PolicyWorks platform
- Additional support to Commercial Account Representative/Specialist team as may be required - completion of Certificates of Insurance, ordering of MVR reports, preparing liability slips

**What does it take?**
- Previous experience in an office environment and data entry an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- In-depth knowledge and proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Efficient time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands.
