We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Summer Student** to join our Operations team in **Cambridge, ON**. This role will provide hands-on support for various operational and environmental health and safety (EHS) initiatives across the site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with launching and supporting 5S initiatives across the Cambridge site, working closely with the Facilities Site Manager (FSM) team and Director, Component Operations.
- Provide general support to the EHS department
- Digitize and organize company documents through scanning and electronic filing
- Organize and maintain accurate respirator documentation

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

This is a great opportunity for a student interested in operations, health and safety, or facilities management to gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.
