- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Process client payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Assist stylists and technicians in coordinating client appointments, ensuring smooth transitions between services.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with salon staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
- Stay updated on salon services, promotions, and product offerings to effectively communicate with clients.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a salon or spa environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in using computer software and salon management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, with the potential for additional hours during peak periods.
- Knowledge of salon services, products, and industry trends is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
