The Concierge Team at Supernova Salon is committed to providing an amazing guest experience for our salon guests and our team. This team is professional, outgoing, friendly and loves making others feel amazing. Our concierge team is focused on greeting guests, supporting the salon flow and function, finding solutions with guests and team members, and keeping our salon bright and beautiful. The concierge team is the first and last impression to our guests and we are looking for team members who want to and love to make a positive difference in peoples lives. Our salon is committed to teamwork, leadership and education, we are looking for team members that want to grow with us.

This role is focused on caring for our guests, stylists and associates, making sure their experience at the salon is excellent. We are a busy, exciting environment, with lots of opportunity to grow.
We are a green salon and have 98% waste diversion, we create beauty not waste.
We appreciate our team to have previous experience in a guest service and guest experience role, previous cash handling experience, point of sales experience as well as being proficient in computer use.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**:training wage $16.75, increase to $17 based on performance within 3 months of training. We have a written exam to evaluate increase.
