**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

We are looking to welcome a part-time **Salon Coordinator** who is passionate about customer service, is highly detail-oriented, and enjoys helping people feel their best. This role is essential in keeping the salon running smoothly and ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they walk in.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Create an Exceptional Guest Experience**
- Manage client check-in and check-out
- Schedule appointments efficiently
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service
- Set the tone for a warm, welcoming, and professional salon environment
- Build and maintain strong, loyal client relationships

**Drive Sales & Client Retention**
- Ensure clients are matched with the right retail products
- Educate guests on promotions, services, treatments, and products
- Pre-book client appointments
- Fulfill and ship e-commerce orders
- Maximize scheduling and booking opportunities

**Maintain Salon Operations**
- Manage inventory, including restocking and hand-counting products
- Keep retail shelves well merchandised and maintained
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Ensure salon supplies are stocked
- Assist with salon support duties when needed (sweeping, laundry, folding towels, preparing foils, etc.)

**APPLICANT CRITERIA**
- Highly detail-oriented, extremely organized, and a strong communicator
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Enjoys engaging with new people and building long-term relationships
- Able to multitask, problem-solve, while maintaining a positive attitude
- Committed to continuous learning, teamwork, and contributing value to the business
- Willing to learn about the hair industry, services, and products
- Has an interest genuine interest in the fashion and beauty space
- Previous salon, spa, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Available to work part-time (**3 days per week, Saturdays are required**+ 2 weekdays)
