We’re growing our team and are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about design, customer service, and marketing to join us as a Sales Representative and Marketer.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. In-Home Design Consultations**:

- Visit clients' homes to provide professional design consultations.
- Assess client needs and preferences to recommend suitable blinds and window covering solutions.
- Present product samples and customization options to help clients make informed decisions.

**2. Marketing and Lead Generation**:

- Distribute flyers and promotional materials in new-build neighborhoods to generate leads.
- Attend local community events to represent Ben Blinds and attract potential customers.
- Utilize social media and other marketing tools to enhance brand visibility.

**3. Installation**:

- Provide hands-on assistance during installations, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required; training provided.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and carry product samples and window blinds
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to use a drill and ladder to install window blinds
