The HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources activities, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, and maintaining employee records. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of confidentiality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to related inquiries.
- Claims management including completion of required forms and reporting on workplace injury cases.
- Support employee relations by addressing HR-related questions and concerns.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist with the coordination and facilitation of the Health and Safety program.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee development initiatives.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
- Coordinate social events, community involvement and special events.
- Other general human resources related tasks, as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience with an ERP system is an asset

- Demonstrates a high level of integrity, trust and composure and is seen as approachable by all levels of the organization
- Maintains the highest level of confidentiality in all areas of responsibility
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently within specific timelines to meet reporting goals

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
