Nita Lake Lodge is a renowned 4-Diamond boutique property nestled in the heart of Whistler. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Restaurant Server in The Den for dinner service.

**About the Role**
As a Den Server at Nita Lake Lodge, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service to our restaurant guests during dinner service. You’ll be an integral part of our Food & Beverage team, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and exceptional evening dining experience. This role includes taking accurate orders, making thoughtful menu recommendations, and maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of the dining area.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Guest Service_: Deliver exceptional, warm, and professional guest service following Nita Lake Lodge’s standards.
- Engagement:_ Interact with guests, provide menu recommendations, and answer any questions about our offerings.
- Order Management: _Take food and beverage orders accurately, input them into the system, and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
- Cleanliness: _Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, ensuring tables are set and sanitized.
- Billing:_ Present bills accurately, process payments, and handle cash/credit transactions in line with restaurant procedures.
Daily Duties: Complete opening and closing duties as per the provided checklist.
- Health & Safety_: Adhere to all Health & Safety protocols and be familiar with emergency procedures.
- Professionalism: _Uphold the highest standards of personal grooming and professional appearance.
- Team Collaboration:_ Attend team meetings and training sessions and support your colleagues as needed.
- Additional Duties: _Perform any other tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

**What You Bring**:

- Certification: _Valid Serving It Right certification.
- Experience: _Minimum of 3 years of previous serving experience in a fast-paced dinner service environment.
- Skills:_ Strong attention to detail, basic wine knowledge, and excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
- Professionalism: _Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
