We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience.

**Duties**
- **Service Preparation & Cleanliness**: Set up and maintain restaurant areas, including patios, service stations, and washrooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for guests.
- **Guest Interaction**: Greet guests warmly, provide menu explanations, recommend food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and handling inquiries or complaints professionally.
- **Order Accuracy & Upselling**: Take accurate food and drink orders, process special requests, upsell menu items, and record orders in the POS system.
- **Food & Beverage Knowledge**: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of menu items, daily specials, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergy information.
- **Team Collaboration**: Communicate effectively with management, kitchen, bar, and service staff to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues during service.
- **Compliance & Closing Duties**: Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards, handle payments responsibly, and assist with closing duties, including resetting tables and areas for the next service.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience & Skills**: Minimum 4-5 years as a server in a full-service, high-volume restaurant, experience and knowledge of TOCK or Touch Bistro POS are a plus.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Ability to use multi-line phones and MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Touch Bistro is highly desirable.
- **Service Excellence**: Exceptional guest service skills, strong communication in English (verbal and written), and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to bend, twist, stand for long periods, and lift up to 25 pounds while performing job duties.
- **Certifications**:Serving It Right** certification is mandatory; **Food Safe** certification is a strong asset.
- **Adaptability & Teamwork**: Thrives under pressure, pays attention to detail, and is willing to assist with any task to support team success.
