We look forward to meeting you and exploring our mutual synergies. **Previous Dental Administrative experience is a must** ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Perform administrative duties including: - Schedule patient treatment appointments and follow-ups - Collect and process payments and invoices - Maintain financial records - Document patient record data as directed by the dentist - Use of Recall Manager and Treatment Manager system. **Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 per week Additional pay: - Overtime pay **Benefits**: - Company events - Dental care - Extended health care - On-site parking - Wellness program Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday - No weekends **Education**: - AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required) **Experience**: - Dental receptionist: 5 years (required) Work Location: In person
