About Us

We are a fast-moving insurance restoration business looking to leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency in job management, estimating, customer service, and reporting. We need a hands-on AI Implementation Specialist to turn ideas into functional AI-driven systems using tools like Google Sheets scripting, reporting dashboards, and workflow automation.

Who We’re Looking For

We need someone who can take a concept and make it work—a problem solver who understands both business needs and AI-powered automation. You’ll work directly with the business owner to implement AI and automation solutions that improve operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI-driven automation using Google Sheets scripts (Apps Script), Python, or other tools to streamline operations.
- Create dynamic reporting dashboards that enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Implement AI-powered estimating tools (potentially integrating with DocuSketch and Xactimate).
- Optimize and refine existing processes to increase efficiency.
- Strong experience with Google Apps Script, Python, JavaScript, or similar automation tools.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools and APIs (OpenAI, Google AI, etc.).
- Experience integrating business automation and AI solutions.
- Ability to take an idea and execute it independently.
- Bonus: Familiarity with insurance restoration workflows, Xactimate, or DocuSketch.
- Strong problem-solving mindset—able to build practical, real-world AI solutions.
