Logistics & Customer Care Specialist

Napier Outdoors is searching for a talented multi-tasker, and enthusiastic Logistics & Customer Care Specialist to add to our team. The Logistics & Customer Care Specialist will play an integral role in our supply chain department, serving as the lead for outbound order processing and consumer support.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES
- **Order Processing**: Obtain, enter and manage daily orders
- **Shipping Documentation**: Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, BOL’s, ASN’s & tracking inquiries
- **Freight Bookings**: Obtain shipping quotes, process routing requests, schedule carriers.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor and control inventory levels, solve inventory discrepancies, conduct inventory transfers, prepare inventory overages or shortcoming reports
- **Warehousing**: Liaison between Napier and all 3rd party warehouses, develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure customer vendor compliance, train warehouse staff on order requirements, monitor warehouse QA issues and resolve issues
- **Returns**: Process RMA requests, coordinate the return of goods, process return credits and inventory; analyze return rates
- **Warranty Claims**: Process warranty claims. Maintain warranty logs and reports. Investigate and analyze product quality issues
- **Quality Assurance & Control **Review product inspection reports for accuracy. Obtain production samples and review for accuracy. For non-complying items, determine root causes and corrective actions
- **A/R**: Process invoices and payments
- **Project Support**: Administrative support for all departments, this includes but is not limited to data entry, filing, coordinating office activities
- **Marketing**: support the event sponsorship and PR programs

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- High level of phone confidence & professionalism in all modes of communication
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, able to assume responsibility and take ownership
- Highly detail oriented & the ability to multi-task
- Excellent project management skills
- 3+ years of customer service or administrative experience
