The winery boasts one of the most sophisticated, educational tasting room experiences in Niagara, complete with themed flights, blind tastings, food pairings and a sensory wine garden.

Seeking to hire enthusiastic individuals with the primary responsibility of hosting over 100,000 guests annually in our wine boutique. Consultants will assist in creating memorable experiences for visitors by conducting tours, tasting and helping those select VQA wines. Team members will strive to provide service excellence and “the ultimate wine experience” within the parameters of store policies and procedures.

Requirements of Position:

- Wine lover
- Able to work on weekends
- Able to lift cases of wine
- 19+ years of age

Primary Duties Include:

- Assist customers in selecting wines
- Conduct tours and presentation tastings as required
- Keep store stocked and tidy throughout the day
- Process sales through cash register
- Reset tours and tastings throughout the day
- General duties as requested

Preferred Qualifications:

- Smart serve certified
- A second language skill specifically looking for French, Japanese, and Spanish speaking applicants
- Certified sommeliers or WSET or those with general wine knowledge/education
