**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Conducts curated wine-tasting and tour experiences with our guests.
- Focuses on selling wines and wine clubs
- Assists with bookings of tastings/tours via Tock, in person or over the phone.
- Greets and guides our guests with enthusiasm and grace.
- Maintains the boutique and stocks shelves.
- Operates POS stations, payment solutions and handles cash sales.
- Partake in bottling and packaging
- General housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness.
- Any other duties assigned by the General Manager

**Requirements**:

- **MUST have winery retail/tasting experience or serving in upscale dining**:

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Responsible, prompt, and trustworthy
- Positive and proactive, solution-based individual
- Sales focused, driven and confident.
- Wine knowledge and experience is a definite asset.
- Smart Serve
- Be 20 Years of age or older
- Driver’s License
- Motivated team player and critical thinker
- Able to lift 40 pounds for restocking.
- Ability to stand for long periods and move with a sense of urgency as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
