Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for a **Bilingual**, **French speaking**, **Inside Sales Representative**:
- someone highly motivated and customer-focused. The Inside Sales Rep assists the warehouse team with the taking and processing orders, preparation of sales invoices and documentation for shipping building materials. Together with other sales team members, the Inside Sales Representative will works to exceed customer expectations and grow our business,
**Key Responsibilities**
- Selling residential and commercial garage doors and related materials for installation
- Preparing sales orders and processing client requests and their purchases
- Assist with the preparation of documents for packing and delivering materials
- Ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Maintain client list and build client relationships
- Act as an ambassador of the company with all employees and customers
- Follow all regulations, company policies, and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Effective written and oral communication skills in both English and French
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of Decision Builder program and ERP a bonus
- Math and invoicing
- Preferable experience in garage door business; in sales, manufacturing or installation
