**Role Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and yearly budget planning
- Assist in creating and presenting monthly financial reporting which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
- Fact-check and query a considerable amounts of data
- Utilize technical skills to create charts and graphs for visual understanding
- Investigate and provide feedback on accounting irregularities
- Reconcile vendor invoices and coordinate with finance on purchase order payments
- Support Info Sec department by providing financial data as needed
- Provide daily support to the accounting and finance departments as well as perform routine assignments and solve routine/standard problems
- Special projects as assigned

**Competencies**:

- Recent graduate or embarking on a new career in security
- Strong organizational, time management and facilitation abilities
- Strong communication skills with an ability to think outside the box
- Self-motivated, flexible, and highly resourceful
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines
- Willingness to work with geographically distributed teams
- Basic understanding of the changing security landscape
- Highly attentive to detail and accuracy
- Flexible, ability to pivot from one task to another to adjust to changing priorities
