**Position opening: Mortgage Analyst**

We are a mortgage / finance company providing professional services located in North York, Ontario. We are currently hiring a Mortgage Analyst, a full-time position, with paid vacation days and group medical/dental insurance benefits.

**Job responsibility**:

- Assist on mortgage underwriting and fulfil the documentation requirements
- Financial background, understanding lending policy and guidelines is the key

**Job requirements**:

- 2 years related work experience or more
- Good work ethic, attention to detail
- Finance background, and Bachelor degree
- Fluent Mandarin and English, Cantonese is a plus
- Effective interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
- This is an in-office position; Monday to Friday normal working hours
