**The Role**:
We’re looking for a **Skilled Labourer** who’s ready to jump in, get the job done, and maybe crack a smile while doing it. You’ll be supporting our team on various tasks—from framing and trim to clean-up and everything in between.

**Your Day-to-Day Might Include**:

- Assisting with carpentry, framing, and finishing work
- Safely using tools and equipment (bonus points if you’ve read the manual)
- Loading, unloading, and organizing materials
- Keeping job sites tidy and safe (a clean site is a happy site)
- Supporting tradespeople and supervisors as needed

**You Should Have**:

- 2+ years of construction or skilled labour experience
- A solid understanding of tools, materials, and safety practices
- Physical stamina (lifting, bending, climbing—all the greatest hits)
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A good attitude and the ability to work well with others (we like team players more than lone wolves)

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

- Invermere, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (required)
- Skilled Labor: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
