**For full-time employees**:

Purpose of the internship
Under the supervision of the Social Media Lead, you will support the team in its daily activities and collaborate on various projects to help enhance the visibility and engagement of our social media platforms. You will participate in the creation, planning, and publishing of engaging content while also contributing to community management and collaborations with content creators.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in creating and publishing engaging content
- Contribute to the planning of monthly content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Assist with community management and engagement: respond to comments, spark conversations, and monitor platforms
- Stay on top of trends, competitors, and content performance
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to inspire and energize the team
- Contribute to the development of an ambassador program
- Assist in organizing and coordinating social media-related projects
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure consistency across initiatives
- Perform any other related tasks to support the team
**Profile**:
- Cross-functional collaboration: You thrive in working closely with multiple teams toward shared goals
- Impeccable writing: You have strong writing skills in both French and English, with a focus on clarity and impact
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment: You’re comfortable navigating change and working in a dynamic setting
- Attention to detail: Precision and thoroughness are part of your everyday approach
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual, both spoken and written in French and English (You will be creating marketing campaigns for the Canadian market)
- Occasional availability in the evenings and on weekends for social media monitoring
