Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Communications
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive corporate communication strategy.
- Serve as the company’s spokesperson, managing media inquiries and interviews.
- Oversee the company’s online reputation and address public relations issues as required.
- Craft and disseminate press releases, announcements, and other communication materials.
Brand Management
- Compose and produce high-quality internal and external communication materials with a consistent tone and language. These materials include:
- Website content
- Social media post
- Client and partner communications
- Newsletters
- Annual reports
- Corporate presentations
- Sponsorship advertising
- Actively pursue and implement opportunities to enhance Strategic Group’s brand and reputation.
- Build a library of communication tools, including photography and key messages.
Community Engagement
- Engage in media, government, and stakeholder relations to share the Strategic Group story and foster relationships.
- Develop media, government, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Write news releases, articles, and targeted messages for various audiences.
- Organize and manage media, government, and stakeholder events.
- Develop and engage in sponsorship opportunities to involve Strategic Group within relevant communities.
- Brief and support spokespeople for media interviews or meetings with key relationships.
- Create community volunteer opportunities for Strategic Group teams and team members.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or brand management.
- Background in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects successfully.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in media relations and crisis communication.
- Familiarity with social responsibility and community engagement initiatives.
