**St. Johns Mazda is seeking a Service Video Advisor to join our team**

The Service Video Advisor will take videos of ongoing repairs to client vehicles, keeping them updated on progress and allowing them a chance to be part of the decision-making process. This role will also involve maintaining a tidy environment both in the shop and on the lot, as well as other duties assigned by the Service Manager. This is an entry-level position, providing the opportunity to gain a rewarding career with Atlantic Canada’s largest automotive group. This role will also require the Videographer to provide backup as a Service Advisor when needed.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Precise video documentation of repairs on client vehicles
- Proper explanation of the technicians’ vehicle prognosis on video
- Efficient and prompt upload of video to the client
- Cleanliness of service department
- Service department support when and where required

**Requirements**:

- Be comfortable explaining service processes on camera (voice only)
- Be prompt, punctual and detailed orientated
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
