Its head office is based in New Hamburg, Ontario, with additional Canadian terminals in Baden, Toronto, Thunder Bay, North Bay, Ottawa, Montreal, Trenton, Winnipeg and a U.S. terminal in Elverson, PA.

**What Will You Do?**
- Accept EDI transmissions and enter them in the Erb system, follow up with the terminals on pick up requirements and pick up appointment times.
- Follow up with customers on transit times and loading times.
- Customer Communication: follow up regarding specials, rates, equipment and delivery schedule.
- Liaison between Appointment Coordinator, Dispatch, OS&D and major customers.
- Working with our customers TMS systems to accept, reject and update loads
- All other duties as required.

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Excellent keyboarding skills, accurate with details and have knowledge of Erb operations.
- Previous experience with AS400
- Ability to handle difficult situations with both internal and external customers.
- Have strong investigative skills.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and customer focused
- High level of personal energy and willingness to take the initiative to make improvements and resolve issues.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Pleasant telephone manner and good attitude
- Willingness to learn all aspects of the Customer Service Department
- Ability to work as a team player
- Have flexibility to work extra hours when needed, under the direction of the Customer Service Supervisor or Team Lead.
