Want to join a great team? Tedford Garage Doors is now hiring Residential and Commercial Garage Door Technicians Experience and skill are always appreciated, however not required as we provide on the job training. What is required, a great team attitude and an aptitude and willingness to learn.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Team spirit
- Excellent customer service
- Clean, professional demeanor
- Punctuality
- Good fitness level and ability to perform physical duties
- A valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong understanding and respect for safety standards
- Comfortable with heights (ladders & lifts)
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Must be able to work outside in all different weather conditions. Lifting, pulling, climbing, standing, sitting, lying down, squatting, and kneeling while managing equipment and tools required
- Ability to follow and adhered to company policies and protocols

**Qualifications and Skills, An Asset**:

- Previous experience in field or related fields (Construction, welding, electrical or other trades)
- Any relevant safety training and tickets (WHMIS, Fall Protection, First Aid, etc.)
- Ability to work with hand and electrical tools
- Above average mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of overhead doors, sectional, rolling steel, high speed or specialty doors would be considered an asset
- Possessing resourcefulness, integrity, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a team environment
- Intention to learn the trade and progress within the company

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
