This is position is located in Harley, ON (between Brantford and Woodstock).

**YOUR DAY TO DAY**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies specifically tailored to the concrete construction industry, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimize the marketing department’s daily operations, including overseeing campaigns related to concrete products and services, creating industry-relevant content, and driving digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with sales, project management, and operations teams to deliver unified and effective market approaches.
- Adapt marketing strategies based on industry trends, competitive analysis, and performance data specific to concrete and construction markets.
- Lead the development and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring consistent messaging around our concrete solutions and maximizing the impact on contractors, architects, and other industry professionals.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to identify challenges and opportunities in the concrete sector.
- Understand various market segments within construction, such as commercial, residential, and infrastructure, and tailor marketing efforts to each segment’s needs.
- Spearhead customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize marketing campaigns for different concrete products and services.
- Lead a marketing team, providing guidance, resources, and feedback to ensure productivity and alignment with company goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing department.
- Embrace and live our core values, contributing ideas and feedback to help drive our company’s success.

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- Minimum of 5 years of marketing management experience within the construction or building materials industry, preferably focused on concrete products or services.
- Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive growth in the construction sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding teams in a fast-paced, industry-specific environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools relevant to the construction industry.
