**JOB SUMMARY**

We’re looking for a JR Administrator to support our hiring and people initiatives. This is a junior role designed for someone interested in learning recruitment from the ground up.

You’ll work closely with the hiring managers, gain hands-on experience, and enjoy a role that offers variety, teamwork, and opportunities to grow.

**THE DAY TO DAY**
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for hourly and salaried roles
- Help draft and post job ads on platforms like Indeed, Linked and other specialized boards
- Participate in interviews alongside hiring managers
- Assist with preparing offer letters and recruitment documentation
- Support career fairs, networking activities, and employer branding efforts
- Pitch in where needed — including organizing materials, setting up events, or picking up pizza
- Other administrative support as required.
