**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Supervise and lead a team of care staff to ensure high-quality care services are provided
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Manage budgeting and financial aspects related to care services
- Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and families to address resident needs effectively
- Implement programs for dementia care and assisted living services

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in supervising and leading care teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Budgeting knowledge to manage financial aspects of care services effectively
- Expertise in senior care, retirement home management, memory care and assisted living facilities
- Proficiency in medication administration protocols and regulations
- Experience in developing dementia care programs and services
