**Overview - Receptionist**
If you're interested in working for a Professional High End Salon that prides itself in elite service, talent and education, then JouJou Hair Studio may be the right fit for you We are seeking Full and Part-time Receptionists to join our team of dedicated, highly skilled beauty experts.
As our receptionist you are responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that customer services are provided in an effective and efficient manner for the Studio to run smoothly.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Greeting our clients & notifying staff of their client's arrival
- Answer all incoming calls, handling callers inquiries and booking of appointments
- Client/data entry
- Upscale customer service attending to clients needs, water, coffee, etc...
- Provide administrative services for the Executive Director and other staff as requested
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-30 per week
**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Etobicoke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
