Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team at DentalIS. We are eager to build a dedicated team to provide exceptional care to our patients. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a dental office setting. This is a full-time position and or Part-time position.

**Duties**:

- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using dental office software Paradigm( training will be provided).
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient information accurately
- Collect and record patient payments
- Manage patient records and maintain electronic medical records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and address their inquiries or concerns

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Proficient in using office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (Paradigm) training will be provided.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.23-$28.40 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
