Job Summary:
Join our well-established dental practice located in central Etobicoke as a Dental Receptionist. At Your Dental Office, we prioritize patient care and cater to families, children, and seniors in a fast-paced and friendly environment. As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Work days are Monday to Thursday 9 am to 5:30 pm Fridays are off and Saturdays 8 am to 3 pm. Some weekdays may be extended with prior schedule change information to 7:30 pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently using Logitech/ Paradigm software.
- Manage patient records, Consent forms, Treatment schedules and update electronic medical records with attention to detail.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and make calls to book appointments.
- Verify insurance coverage and process payments for services rendered.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and front desk.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional service delivery.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role within a medical or dental office setting.
- Familiarity with dental terminology.
- Proficiency in using dental practice management software is highly desirable.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with patients and team members.
