Office Hours
Full time: Regular office hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday; Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. This position will be working from The Vanity Lab Edmonton location (#203, 1074 103A Street SW, Edmonton Alberta)
Attire
Black scrubs are to be worn when the position is in the The Vanity Lab office
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job oversees the various department managers and full Vanity Lab Team
**qualifications and experience**
- Positive, upbeat attitude and a smile that shines through the phone
- Pleasant speaking voice and demeanor - excellent telephone skills
- Knowledge of word processing software and practice management software
- Ability to perform multiple and diverse tasks simultaneously
- Proven experience with proactive customer service and service recovery
- Familiarity with scheduling and rearranging appointments
- Neat, professional appearance
- Knowledge of medical terminology and the procedures of The Vanity Lab
- Good time management skills to accommodate peaks and valleys
- Strong written and oral communication skills
**RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following**
- Oversee clinic
**Salary**: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
