Medical Clinic Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
- Supervise and manage clinic staff, including nurses, medical assistants, and administrative personnel.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Monitor patient flow and optimize scheduling to minimize wait times and maximize patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care and coordinate treatment plans.
- Manage the clinic's budget, including monitoring expenses, analyzing financial data, and making recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) for all patients.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with human resources for recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of clinic staff.
**Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in an acute care setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Proven experience in supervising and leading a team in a medical office or clinic setting.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Understanding of budgeting principles and financial management in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to hiring, training, and performance management.
