Join Our Team: Finance Manager

Are you a dynamic and skilled financial professional looking for a challenging leadership role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager who will play a key role in our company's growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Operations Management:
Manage financial and accounting operations to support growth objectives, in alignment with the company's vision and values.
Financial data entry, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, budget support, data analysis and record keeping.
Process Optimization:
Provide clear leadership and direction in financial activities, fostering collaboration, performance and continuous improvement.
Performance Monitoring:
Maintain and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor operational performance.
Regularly analyze data and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.
Resource Management:
Manage human resources, budget and equipment to meet demands.
Supplier and stakeholder relations:
Maintain relationships with external suppliers and subcontractors, negotiate contracts and ensure service levels are in line with company standards.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate operational risks.
Cross-functional collaboration:
Foster collaboration with other areas (operations, marketing, leasing, customer service) to ensure transparency and an exceptional customer experience.
Innovation and Strategic Initiatives:
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and drive strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Degree in Finance, Accounting or Related Field: Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar field.

Relevant Professional Experience: At least 5 years' experience in financial management roles, with a solid understanding of accounting operations, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and budget analysis.

Professional Certification: Possession of an accounting certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) would be an asset.

Knowledge of Financial Software: Mastery of financial tools and software such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or equivalent, to ensure effective management of financial operations.

Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead a team, coach members to achieve their goals, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Understanding of Financial Regulations: In-depth knowledge of local and international financial regulations, as well as accounting standards, to ensure strict compliance in all operations.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
