We are seeking dedicated individuals interested in establishing a long-term commitment to our team and contributing to the growth of our Events Department. Supported by your Event Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in pre-event planning, on-site event coordination, and post-event breakdowns.

**On-Site Management and Coordination**:

- Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events on-site.
- Address and resolve issues as they arise during the event.
- Ensure seamless coordination among on-site staff, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

**Event Planning**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, including timelines and logístical details.
- Coordinate vendor selection, negotiation, and management, overseeing services such as catering, audio-visual equipment, and transportation.

**Vendor and Guest Coordination**:

- Identify, select, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Liaise with caterers, decorators, photographers, and other service providers.
- Coordinate guest lists, manage RSVPs, and ensure a positive experience for attendees.

**Post-Event Evaluation**:

- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and assess the success of the event.
- Utilize feedback to improve future events.

- Negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Ability to market events effectively to attract attendees and generate interest

**Qualifications**:

- French & English (written & oral)
- Event coordination & planning experience
- Flexible schedule; able to work weekends & long shifts

Sous la supervision de votre Responsable d’événements, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la planification, la coordination sur site et le démontage des événements.

**Gestion et coordination sur site**:

- Superviser l’installation, l’exécution et le démontage des événements.
- Gérer et résoudre les imprévus pendant l’événement.
- Assurer une coordination fluide entre le personnel sur place, les fournisseurs et les autres parties prenantes.
- Mettre en œuvre des stratégies de gestion des risques et veiller au respect des normes de sécurité.

**Planification d’événements**:

- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans d’événements détaillés, y compris les échéanciers et la logistique.
- Sélectionner, négocier et gérer les fournisseurs, incluant les services de traiteur, d’audiovisuel et de transport.

**Coordination des fournisseurs et des invités**:

- Identifier, sélectionner et gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs et prestataires.
- Collaborer avec les traiteurs, décorateurs, photographes et autres services événementiels.
- Gérer les listes d’invités, les confirmations de présence (RSVP) et garantir une expérience positive pour tous les participants.

**Évaluation post-événement**:

- Effectuer des bilans post-événement pour recueillir des retours et évaluer le succès de l’événement.
- Utiliser ces retours pour améliorer
