**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a **Bakery Production Worker** with **experience operating a Rheon machine** in a commercial bakery setting. You will play a key role in our daily production of artisan breads and pastries, helping to maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain Rheon encrusting and forming machines
- Assist with bread and pastry dough preparation, shaping, and baking
- Follow recipes and production schedules accurately
- Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are met in the production area
- Work collaboratively with other production staff to meet daily targets
- Lift and move ingredients and trays (up to 25kg as needed)

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a bakery production environment
- Proficient in using Rheon bakery machines (required)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team setting
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Food Safe certification is an asset
