Position Overview:

We are seeking a Bakery Production Worker with experience operating a Rheon machine in a commercial bakery setting. You will play a key role in our daily production of artisan breads helping to maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain Rheon encrusting and forming machines
  • Assist with bread and pastry dough preparation, shaping, and baking
  • Follow recipes and production schedules accurately
  • Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are met in the production area
  • Work collaboratively with other production staff to meet daily targets
  • Lift and move ingredients and trays (up to 25kg as needed)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a bakery production environment
  • Proficient in using Rheon bakery machines (required)
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team setting
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
  • Food Safe certification is an asset
